On the Occasion of the International Intellectual Property Day
I send my sincere greetings to the scientists, inventors, innovators, all creative workers on the occasion of the International Intellectual Property Day.
Civilization progress of modern society, its comprehensive development, power of economic growth more distinctly demonstrate their affinity and direct dependence on the conditions of scientific and technological progress, its innovative efficiency, practical integration into all spheres of life.
In the said context, one can rightfully state that main goals for provision of rights for the protection of intellectual property guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine, moral and material interests have been accomplished. Thus, the normative legal base that complies with the international regulations was formed; efficient mechanisms for implementation of the Laws were introduced; a capable infrastructure that secures efficacious State policy in the said field was created.
Nowadays, Ukraine can rightfully take pride in people whose efforts contributed to the creation of a powerful intellectual property, appreciated and appraised in the whole world.
Recording your priceless contribution into the science, culture, intellectual prosperity of the society, I wish you peace, well-being and new creative accomplishments in your work.
